Play is our high energy outdoor group program that gets you fit whilst working on your tennis skills. Whether you're interested in losing weight, increasing your fitness or just improving your game, Play is aimed at all levels and has something to offer everyone.
Developed by Fit To Play, the unique program offers two dedicated trainers per session - a qualified tennis coach and a professional fitness trainer. Sessions allow you to work on your skills simultaneously with strength, aerobic and flexibility training.
